The lawyers of Tilden & Prohidney, P.L. volunteer throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties and regularly serve a number of charitable causes, including Catholic Charities, the Manasota Association of Retarded Citizens, Florida Attorneys Saving Homes, and the Women’s Resource Center of Manatee.

Michael Prohidney is honored to currently chair the Board of Directors of the Women’s Resource Center.

Although we serve many churches and charitable organizations on a fully pro bono basis, we also offer significantly reduced hourly and project rates to any non-profit organization, school, or governmental agency.  We deeply respect the missions of these institutions, understand their budget constraints, and work hard to make sure their legal needs are met without having to compromise the community service they provide.
